From the minute I walked in I felt welcome. Then I met Kaylee. She was amazing. Then the awesome Dr Bradford. Everyone make you feel so relaxed. I thought the goodness was over until I had to reschedule an appointment for next month and met Christin over the phone. She was so nice. Thank God for the people in the office even the ones whom I can’t remember
My appointment was a great experience, the personnel from customer service, to eye tech assistant, to the eye doctor were very helpful in making my appointment as comfortable as possible. The facilities was top notch and very clean. I would recommend this facility to any one but, most of all recommend to any and all veterans who need great i care. Great Job Montgomery Eye Physicians. They were very thorough and quick. As soon as I entered the facility, I noticed how big and clean it was. Everyone was professional and very friendly. The attending optometrist examined my eyes and explained everything to me in layman's terms, which was easily understood. I left impressed with the service I received
From the time I entered the building until I left , there were nothing but warm welcomes and friendly smiles. Even though it was an early Monday morning appointment the hospitality flooded the place. Everyone had inviting conversations filled with laughter. Even Dr. Patel provided laughter and comfort as she examined my eyes. When she gave me her findings, she did it soo well that instead of being sad I was grateful and smiling as I left the building. This was indeed a great experience.
Staff and Doctors are amazing. Always very professional and thorough with exams. Very pleased with practice. Unfortunately they were short staffed and the wait time was a little excessive on my appointment date. Since I'm retired, the wait was not an issue. They did have a sign at the check in desk advising of possible extended wait and offering the option to reschedule if needed. Thanks to everyone at Montgomery Eye for everything that you do daily. You are very much appreciated.
I had a great experience with Dr. McFaden. He is highly knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and takes his time with patients. He didn't rush through my appointment at all and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend him!
