The LASIK Index provides general information about practices and procedures. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A listing, a score or a rank is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Decisions about eye surgery belong with you and a qualified ophthalmologist who has examined your eyes.

Where the data comes from

• Practice name, address, phone, hours, rating, reviews and photos: the practice's public Google Maps profile.
• Procedures, prices, technology, financing and doctors: the practice's own website and published materials, read by our systems and checked by software and editors on the date shown on each record.
• NPI verification: the NPPES NPI Registry published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
• Procedure descriptions: the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the American Academy of Ophthalmology, linked on each procedure page.

What "verified" means

"Verified" with a date means we confirmed that the practice published that information on that date. It does not mean we inspected the practice, audited its prices or checked a medical licence. "Not listed" means the practice does not publish that detail, not that it does not offer it.

Accuracy

Practices change prices, staff and services without notice. Confirm anything that matters with the practice before you rely on it. Report errors through the corrections page.

Reviews and ratings

Ratings and review excerpts are from Google and belong to their authors. The LASIK Index does not collect, edit or verify them. Review themes are AI summaries of a small sample.

Trademarks

Practice names, LASIK platform names and EVO ICL are trademarks of their owners. Their use here identifies the practice or product and does not imply affiliation.
