This was my first visit to Barnet Dulaney et al and I must say, I was very favorably impressed. I have difficulty using kiosks so I was cheerfully assisted (she actually did it all for me). I should mention that not only am I visually impaired, I am also hard of hearing, so - unfortunately - I did not get anyone's name. After checking in, I took a seat but barely had time to get the chair warm when I was called back. I have been going to this place for the last 2 years. I previously went to another clinic and did not have a great experience, but I'm glad to have found Dr. Jeff Olsen and staff. This place has been wonderful and I am glad to be able to order my contacts through this clinic. The parking may be limited, but you can always find a spot. The receptionists are always helpful and courteous. FYI, check in is through a kiosk. The place has a nice optical area for frames, but I found my place at Lenscrafters! OMG!!! This place was fantastic!!! I've never had my eyes checked like this before!!! It was awesome!!! The employees were wonderful, the doctor is amazing!!! They truly care about my vision. I truly appreciate your Love you show. I came alone and scared and by the time I was seen I felt like this was my family!!! Fear gone! Thank you so much for the experience you showed me.
I walked in, they looked at my eye and got me immediately set up for surgery as the last patient that day! Was way more than I expected with a great surgery outcome. Also set up two visits to make sure everything was OK! My sincere recommendation to anyone looking for an eye doctor group that cares about health and healing.
Very unhappy after my first visit was referred to two other eye specialist for furture appointments, upon showing up for these two appointments was in formed the office was waiting for my insurance to approve my appointments so I could not be seen on my scheduled appointments and restudied out to 60days while they wait for approval by my insuranxe. Parking there is a nightmare drove around 4 times waiting for some one to leave
Excellent experience! Both my husband and I had thorough examinations. The staff was friendly and professional. We feel confident in having our procedures done with this group.
