From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a beautiful big smile and polite attitude. The young lady who took me back was all smiles, gentle and sweet. She was even very informative about my requests. The Doctor came in greeted me with a big smile and sweet gentle voice. She was very gentle and kind & patient as she took me through the testing.

I have a history of a detached retina. Whenever I have floaters, I call the office or text him and they immediately schedule me for an appointment The same day to be on the safe side. I very much appreciate this attention to detail and service.

Our family name has been with Dr.Heller for decades Hollins family really look up to Dr. Heller facility Dr. Heller is real good friends with my uncle Lionel Hollins even his sons have took over since he retired. There’s no difference. The facility is known to respect patient and show their care.

Dr Shivi Agrawal was my optician before she worked for Eye Doctors of Arizona. She initially removed cataracts from both eyes. Four years later she performed two corneal transplants. Both operations went perfectly and I am deeply grateful to her for restoring my vision. I am now 81 and my eyesight is better than it was fifty years ago. Her professionalism, skills, deep knowledge, attention to detail and personal warmth are exemplary. Even when she gave up working briefly to focus on motherhood, she was willing to see me in her own time.

Do not recommend Dr. Paz. Almost an hr wait in dark room to see him, when arrived, unhelpful and in hurry. Sending us to see the same specialist twice in a year, knowing they can not help, on top of that been waiting for a referral for almost 2 weeks. Do not recommend this office.
