Fantastic experience in every way! Staff is friendly and helpful, waiting area is comfortable, location super convenient. Dr. Joshua Duncan did cataract surgery for me and multiple family members with exceptional care and concern, it's been life-changing and we're eternally grateful :)
I recently had cataract surgery at the Surgery Center at the Biltmore. My doctor, Eric Chen was amazing. The entire front office staff at the surgery center were professional and caring. The nurse I had was so nice and showed she cared about me and my comfort. The same is true with the anaesthesiologist, she was super nice and explained everything.
The medical staff (the most.important part) was impeccable. Everybody was friendly, seemed highly competant, and all around professional. Could ask for nothing more. The lobby was too small for the amount of people there and wasnt particularly comfortable. The wait was seemed way too long (almost an hour after my appt time). The intake person left her personality at home the dsy I was there. Parking was good, easy to get to and good availability for patient pickup. Overall, this was a positive experience as the medical staff was so good.
In the past couple of weeks, I have had cataract surgeries on both of my eyes at the Eye Surgery Center at the Biltmore and I am extremely happy with my experience that I have had there. All of the staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. My surgeries were done with laser technology and the results are fantastic. I don’t need glasses anymore for reading close up and don’t need glasses for driving. My vision is very clear, crisp and neat 20/20 vision now 😊. I had a wonderful experience here for my recent surgery. The nurses and staff were so attentive, accommodating, and kind. They explained everything clearly beforehand, which really helped put me at ease, and took amazing care of me afterward. Thank you all so much for making me feel so comfortable!
