I have been a patient of Dr. Cason for the past two years due to having Limball Stem Cell Deficiency. After discussing my option for cataract surgery, I decided to not use the laser option. Everything from the start of the procedure went very smoothly. The staff was professional and made me very comfortable. It was extremely efficient and quick. I had not pain at all and my vision is great! It was nice to receive a call the next day to answer any questions and to see how I was doing. I am pleased with my care I received.

Just had my left eye cataract surgery and Dr Duncan did a great job. The entire practice is large and well staffed with great facilities. They certainly appear to be thorough and experts in their field. I am ultra impressed and would recommend them highly.

Dr Levin and the entire team were professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgable. I believe I’m in good hands for my upcoming surgery. They did a thorough examination, explained all my options, and made it clear in multiple ways that they wanted to make sure I had the best possible outcome, including with financing. It was a much better experience than with a different surgical group I had previously met with. They provided me with all the supplies I needed and were flexible with scheduling and planning the cataract surgery.

I accidentally missed my appointment time and they squeezed me in. Dr. And staff were so nice and it seemed like a nice work environment. Dr. Was thorough and took time to talk about results and recommendations with me. Really great experience. Thank you!

I recently had a great experience at Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center (March 2026) in Scottsdale. First of all, I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time, which is always nice. Camillia (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) brought me to the back, and handled several tests before I saw the doctor. She was very pleasant and thorough. She explained everything as we went along and gave me suggestions for eye drops that she found to be effective for her own eyes. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Patients are greeted by name if you are a continuing with the practice. New attendees are definitely showed that they will be well taken care of by all of the professional staff. The office is very efficiently ran like clockwork. Staff members intoduce themselves and explain the procedure to be performed as the area is being cleaned. Their voices are professional and clear for patients understanding .We can also briefly ask them questions without fever of Negative Responses.
