Everyone at the office was so friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Ana. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure both my mom and I understood everything. The fact that she spoke Spanish meant so much because my mom was able to be included in the conversation. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, and that kindness doesn't go unnoticed. Definitely recommend this place. :)

I want to start off by saying the dr is wonderful. My issue is not with him. My issue is with the billing/insurance claim lady. My son was diagnosed with kerataconus. After seeing the dr he had us talk to the billing lady ms. Zenia. I think that’s how you spell her name. She took one look at his chart and said that insurance would not cover it and wanted us to pay 7995.00 per eye. Highly recommend this place! Recieved LASIK eye surgery during 2017 and was not disappointed with the results. I went in to see if I was a good candidate for the procedure. Under went some tests and eye measurements which I have never done before [the weirdest thing was getting my eyes numb and having them poke them with a measuring tool to measure the radius of my cornea. Scheduled appointment, cleared my day, took off work, arrived only to be treated disgustingly! They demand insurance card to make copy even if not using said benefits! Kindly explained that but reciprocated curt tone aggressiveness causing me to exit and NEVER return! Had 10k ready to give them for cutting edge eye treatment! Consider hiring professional staff as misrepresentation loses patients and bankrupts a business!

My experience at Schwartz laser center was a pleasant one. I appreciated the warm welcome that I received from all of the staff. This was one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Schwartz was very down to earth and he answered my questions in a clear and concise manner which I appreciated. Overall I had a great experience and will be referring my loved ones.

Terrible experience here from start to finish. My wife's appointment started 40 minutes after the scheduled start time. I guess they don't realize that people have other stuff going on their lives and need appointments to be timely! Then, they took her back, took her contact lenses out, and left her in a room for another 10 minutes, which was very disconcerting as her vision is very blurry without her lenses.
