My son Cleo is 3 and I was worried he wouldn't do well but the staff was so kind and so great with him that he did amazing! The wait was a little long but it was worth it in the end. We really appreciated their kindness, their patience, and the time that they took to explain everything to us. The optometrist also made sure that we were comfortable with the treatment options before moving forward. We would highly recommend them!
How I felt about my experience was extremely satisfying. The Doctor, staff and everyone else made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The surgery was a success and I feel like a whole new person.
The staff are extremely friendly, service is timely, and check out is quick. I never wait for my set appointment time, the Optometrist is friendly and explains the outcome of my tests. The office is always clean and comfortable. Again, the staff are extremely kind and friendly
Check in was easy, wait was about 10-16 min. Staff friendly and Dr was great, explained everything and was thorough. Did not rush through the exam.
They have an extensive amount of people waiting to be seen, but once you are seen, they do great job at evaluating your eyes with the newest in technology! They are thorough in their examinations, and my doctor told me everything that I needed to know about the exam, my treatment going forward, and any options that we would have in my treatment. After my visit, I look forward to my next appointment, which is rare for doctor visits!
After an 1hr and 10 minutes of waiting, they still had two patients ahead of me... I had to reschedule. I value their time , they should value ours too. Ridiculous...
