Dr. Shabatian was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations and really took great care of my eyes. He found I had gloucoma and told me he could fix it during the Cateract surgery. I really appreciated how another Dr. checked my eyes at my day after follow-up…and they were very kind. From being checked in and out by the receptionist, to all the folks having me look thru all the various machines to determine if I had cataracts my visit was great. Scary levels of unprofessionalism and medical irresponsibility. I got here and unannounced they said that part of the procedure is dilating my eyes, and that someone should have told me "but if they didn't, they're telling me now". Then they say, "yeah, it will last 24 hours and it's up to you if you want to drive home." Up to me??? You're the medical professional. I ask them will it affect my vision? "yes." I was there 3 hours for an eye exam on my first visit this is absolutely unacceptable. I won't be back. They were very poor in communicating the process they left me sitting in chairs that were very uncomfortable for a half an hour between each test. Not an experience I wish to repeat there are many opthamologist so I'm sure don't make you stay there for 3 hours to complete their tests.

Absolutely a great experience with excellent results after surgery. And the aftercare is incredible. This is one of the very best medical staff I ever experienced.Doctor Shabatian has a very impressive style of informing the patient about the procedure and gaining my confidence and trust in a holistic manner. I took my mother to Dr.Shabatian and was met by very polite and cheerful receptionist. We were called back to the exam room within10 minutes. The technician was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that she was testing to my mom. Shortly after the doctor came in, introduced himself and started to examine my mom’s eyes, as well as going over all the data that was compiled by the technician. Was referred to a different office by our regular eye exam Dr. and when I called to make an apt. the receptionist was rude and un welcoming. So I went to Google to find another Dr. and came across Dr. Babak Shabatian’s office. And due to the good reviews I decided to give them a call. And am I sooo glad I did.
