I was referred to Dr. Berg by my normal optometrist for lasik surgery. The initial consultation was busy but the actual surgery itself him and his staff did a fantastic job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Some of the staff in the Burbank office particularly are rude but Dr. Berg could not be any nicer and did a great job. I’m a month out of surgery and have 20/20 vision with no issues.
Dr. Berg performed cataract and lens replacement on both my wife and myself. It was literally life changing as we see the world in a clear and beautiful way. It's unbelievable the difference. Dr. Berg and his entire staff were wonderful to work with. Five Stars plus. Thank you Dr. Berg and all!!
I could not recommend Dr. Berg more to anyone that is seeking LASIK surgery or to anyone in need of anything relating to their eyes. Dr. Berg is a true professional and a master of his craft. Doing LASIK surgery with him was such an easy process and he made everything go very smoothly with no issues or concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.
I recently contacted a clinic to schedule a cosmetic procedure to remove xanthelasma, and they initially quoted me a price range of $250 - $900. I provided specific details about my needs, and that was the quote I received over the phone. When my dad arrived for the appointment, the clinic performed a full ophthalmologic workup, including eye pressure checks and vision tests, even though the procedure was solely on the eyelids and had nothing to do with intraocular health. The first appointment I had made at this office, they changed to a totally different day and time, without contacting me. I only found out when they texted to confirm. The second appointment was cancelled the day before because the Dr was sick. I was rescheduled for 3 months from then, showed up on time and waited for 38 minutes before they called me back. My appointment was at 9am. I did all the tests with an assistant and then was in a que again to see the Dr at 10:22 and out by 10:45am.
