Eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Besser provided me with the results of the tests. The entire staff were very fuendly and welcoming. Check in was fast and efficient. Definitly recommend this office.
Very good. The staff was Awesome the dentist Eduardo Besser M.D. that I saw was very good. He gave me a full exam and answer all my questions and was very helpful so I can understand what was going on with my eyes. I did get a good report so today was a good day.
He might be good but has a front office made up of what looks to be money hungry wolves. AVOID. They OVERCHARGE you using insurnace deductible as an excuse. I always go to my specialists and only pay my copay as I have a PPO, but these guys pretend to be the insurance deductible police and charge extra using that as an excuse. Total thievery and SCAM. Their office manager was too scared to even talk to me after overcharging my wife and then not letting the doctors see her when they were about to over charge her a second time. On Thursday, September 18, 2025, I had a very upsetting experience at this doctor’s office. When I arrived, I politely explained to the receptionist that I was late due to traffic delays in the Culver City area. She immediately asked for my insurance card, but I had accidentally left it behind while rushing to get to my appointment. I kindly asked if she could look it up or verify my insurance by phone as many other offices are able to do but she firmly refused and was very rude in her response.
