Shopped around a bit before landing here, and honestly, their customer service, doctors bedside manners too is what sold me. Got scheduled for LASIK surgery just 2 weeks after my consult. Though I consulted in Pasadena, surgery was at their Huntington Beach office. The doctor consistently checked in with me and stayed on top of my follow-ups, which luckily I was able to do in Pasadena. I had a great experience with Dr. Liu and her team. The office was very stylish, welcoming, and efficient - didn’t wait long. Dr. Liu took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made I was aware about the importance of regular check-ups. The equipment looked new, and the whole visit felt very thorough but relaxed. I left seeing better and feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!
