My experience with the people at IQ laser vision was great. They were very diligent in checking which procedure would work best for me. For my case, it actually took 2 years for me to actually be able to move forward for the surgery. This may sound odd but the reason for this is they will only move forward with the procedure if your eyes are stable. Great experience with IQ Laser Vision. From the early consultations being able to ask questions and talk through the procedure to the post-procedure follow up, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is competent and kind, very nice facilities, and they were very calming as I am one to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to something as simple as putting drops in my eyes. I really appreciate their patience and all of the time they spent. Cannot recommend enough.

It’s been 5 days since my Smile Lasik procedure with IQ and I’m super happy and excited about my results! The staff and surgeon were all very friendly and helpful. Made me feel relaxed and informed about every step along the way. Even during the surgery, I got a little nervous but the doctor calmed me down and I was grateful for the stress ball they gave me to squeeze on during that brief moment of nervousness. All the staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating. Dr Lin was patient and kind and very comforting during the procedure as I was very nervous at first. I'm on day 5 and so far so good! Vision seems to be getting clearer daily and I'm excited for it to be fully healed. No issues with healing but I will say I would suggest taking 2 days off after the procedure even though they say you can go back to work after 24 hrs. I definitely had very watery eyes and pretty strong sensitivity again for about 2 days after but that went away after that.

After 20 long years I decided it was finally time to get my eyes fixed and rid myself of glasses and contacts forever! I can honestly say this clinic makes you jump through a few hoops to be sure that you are appropriate for the surgery, and will be truthful and tell you otherwise (not just trying to bring in another customer). I felt like they were very attentive to ensuring I did everything necessary both before and after the surgery to maximize the outcome. And now I see perfectly!
