My experience at NVision was amazing. From my consultation to the surgery, the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Laurena gave me such helpful information and was able to answer any questions and concerns that I had. I want to thank Dr Lusby and his entire team all the way to the front desk everyone was so welcoming & nice , made me feel very conferrable and safe , decided to do laser thanks to my sister recommending it ,and it has been the best life changing decision I’m so happy, there office is so nice and the staff feel like family they truly care ❤️

Staff was wonderful at the Nvision Torrance location from the front desk's amazing service by Patient Coordinator, Ms. Heredia to Dr. Shin and my surgeon, Dr. Lusby. Dr. Shin was wonderful and was very thorough in my eye exam prior to me actually getting Lasik surgery. Dr. Lusby was amazing as he was recommended by a friend who did her Contoura procedure. I was so scared but felt that I was in great hands and my eyesight has improved tremendously and it's only been the 2nd day. 10/10 recommend!

I decided to get Contoura, which is better than Lasik and so I picked Nvision for that. Nvision has a beautiful office with very friendly staff. On my first day there, they checked my eyes to see if I qualified for Lasik. Then I sat down and worked with Lorena and she gave me all of the disclosures, cost for the services and let me pick what I wanted to do. They're my eyes so I went with contoura which is worth it. I had a great experience at NVision last week. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent care throughout my visit. The office is clean, organized, and equipped with high-end technology, which made me feel confident in the quality of care I was receiving. The pricing was about what I expected for LASIK, and the process was explained clearly.
