Getting LASIK surgery was one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff was very friendly, professional and over all amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were answered specially the post opt after care. The procedure itself is very straightforward and pain free! Which was great because I thought I was going to be in pain or discomfort. April was great putting my concerns at ease. She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and very professional. Overall I definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend! I had my surgery 4 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. No issues with my eyes and I still have 20/20 vision. The staff is amazing and they’re helpful every step of the way. Very professional office, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about taking that big life changing decision.
The attention and service provided by the entire team at Lazer Eye Center of Ontario. Was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional and most importantly the wait time was very short. Thank you very much to all of you.
EDIT: I contacted Sam as the person who replied advised. Sam told me she would contact me the next day with a solution and it’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything. DO NOT GO HERE. They delete their bad reviews. My mom went here and her vision was not fixed. Despite making her payments on time and cooperating with instructions the surgery did not better her vision at all. We have respectfully asked for this issue to be solved. It’s been 6 months and they keep pushing her off. All I can say is they are not qualified, take your money and health to a ...
Horrible. I spent an hour and a half of consultation with Doctor Lee. After month I decided to make an appointment for the surgery, they could not find my records and I kept getting hung up on. After a few more tries, I was getting scheduled for mono vision which is entirely not what I wanted. I wanted a surgery to reshape my cornea to correct my vision but the receptionist wanted to have me pay for monovision.
