I had a quick and easy touch up laser procedure on my cataract lens. The office was well organized and very efficient. I was told what each step entailed and felt calm and at ease. YAG laser procedure was painless and quick. Dr Hines is very professional. A tip - for those of us in the waiting area for the procedure - / please provide us the sun shades… dilated eyes and the bright lights were hard to endure while waiting. I saw several of us covering our faces…I am prone to serious sensitivity to dilation. Takes me overnight to fully recover. Thank you.

The check-in counter is fast and friendly. The ladies working there smile all the time. The doctor is very detailed and knowledgeable. I appreciate the excellent service. The office is comfortable and clean. I have no problem finding a parking space near the front of the main entrance of the building.
