A special shout out to a few of the staff, Lacey and Rijo, at different times they helped me out and did a wonderful job. Wow, I was in and out in no time. The staff was incredible and professional. I arrived early and filled out the paperwork and within 2 minutes they took me to the testing room and that was pretty smooth, high tech equipment and the staff was well trained on it! After the doctor tested me he escorted me to the area where you pick your glasses. The young lady was confident and helped me pick out the right pair of glasses for my ...
Initially loved our experiences here. But have now been told we couldn't replace just the frames (out of pocket) that were damaged, that we had to replace the lenses too... Lenses were fine and could have been popped into new replacement frames easily. Nice try. Spent less and got more elsewhere.
The staff at Alpine Vision are all wonderful. The doctors are thorough and explain any problems they might see. The office staff takes the time necessary to help you choose from their large frame assortment to get a proper fit. They also help you work with your vision insurance benefits to minimize out of pocket costs. I highly recommend Alpine Vision.
Dr Kasper was great, explained things in great detail and the kids and I appreciated the time he took with us today. Highly recommend them. The team is nice too.
Have been a patient of Dr. Arbaugh for about 12 years now. YES!!! He and his entire Alpine Vision team really are that great. Laser FOCUSED on providing the very the best outcome for each and every patient. To me they represent what every medical practice should look like. Period!
