Unprofessional communication services. Every contact attempt to confirm care or communicate. The receptionist answers the call and as you are introducing yourself or asking for a assistance, she hangs up or disconnects the call. Every single time I've called this specific location, every time it's the same issue with the same receptionist, it's very unprofessional. Very frustrating for providers and patients to communicate. I hope something can be done about this.
Dr. Levinson & his team are professional, thorough & genuinely care about their patients health & well-being. He is a very experienced Surgeon & Optometrist & the level of confidence, in the whole team, is there. I have had great results from my PRK surgery & would never choose go to anyone else. The "Karen" that answered the phone WOULD NOT help me. I was completely professional but I guess on Monday, November 17th, 2025 at approximately 2pm it wasn't the time to help me book an appointment or to check my insurance. Dr. Levinson, may I suggest that AI could do a better job? That with your 4.4 stars, you just lost a client with an eye disease who yearly needs glasses. Sorry not sorry
