Corrections: Report an Error

The LASIK Index corrects a record as soon as the error is confirmed. Tell us what is wrong and where the correct information is published, such as a page on the practice's website. When a price, a surgeon or a procedure changes, the record's verification date changes with it.

Practices can also correct their own record by claiming it.
