I visited Hollywood Eye Institute and was treated by Heather who was the phlebotomist to draw my blood for the treatment of my eyes. Heather was gentle, kind and very considerate as she took her time in trying to find my very thin veins. She made my experience a pain free one. It was obvious that she was good at what she did. I walked in since I started out with a stye that got really infected. Barbara was very accommodating and compassionate and squeezed me in which I greatly appreciate. Alex was super sweet and caring he made sure to make feel taken care of. Evelyn goes the extra step to make sure you leave happy.
