Great doctor. I had LASIK done about 2 weeks ago and can definitely say it is 100% worth it. The doctor is very experienced, attentive, and treats his patients like family. Amazing!!
Horrible service and discrimination going on in this center. Bad patient service and no hospitality and also they don't have not enough chairs and space for the patient to sit and stand.They only take their Hispanic peoples and if you're not Hispanic you have to wait 2 hours to get your turn. Racist people i ever seen. My mom has an appointment for 9:00 am we came from all the way from davie for like almost an hour drive and we wait almost 2 hours but still not our turn because they are busy taking their Hispanic peoples and when i ask them the girl on ...
I thank Dr Belalcazar for what he has done for me. He changed my life. There’s a reason why his practice is always full, because he is THE BEST.
⚠️ TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT for elderly patients ⚠️ Experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente para pacientes de la tercera edad My mother-in-law had an appointment scheduled in advance for 9:00 AM at this ophthalmology office. She waited an hour and a half, and when she finally asked the front desk what was going on, she was told that there were still 3 patients ahead of her. She is an elderly woman with diabetes, and waiting that long without any consideration is unacceptable. The front desk’s response was simply: “Ok, we’ll refund your money” ...
I wanted to wait at least a month before writing this review. First making the appointment was extremely easy. The receptionist was super nice and informative. Every time I would call they always spoke with a friendly voice. I probably went there 3 times for exams before the surgery. The office is always busy, but in general they make you feel welcomed. Fefa (I hope I’m writing her nickname correctly) is the person that did most of my pre and post exams. I like that she’s direct and to the point, I also want to mention that she’s extremely knowledgeable. ...
