Amazing staff Magdeline, Mario and Javier are full of joy, treated my mom with empathy and just really made the experience enjoyable. My mom can barely see, she’s full of emotions and they made this experience easy and as enjoyable as possible. Even made my mom laugh multiple times. Avoid Medeye Associates! I have visited the location three times for pre-op and post-op checkups. Parking is a nightmare, and they never honor the appointment time. I arrived well before the appt time each time, and they kept me waiting for over two hours beyond the appt time each time! It’s not just me. The waiting rooms are packed with patients making phone calls to rearrange meetings, school pickups, etc. And it is not just this location. I have been to all their locations including the surgery place. It is their thing. They overbook, and they don’t ...
Most of the staff here are extremely professional. Doctors Zach and Patrick are amazing. I love Vanessa and how she explains the steps to follow. Both this office and the surgery center are the best in Miami. Highly recommended!
I had a laser procedure done on both eyes over the course of two weeks, and my experience with Dr. Raja was outstanding. He explained the process meticulously, patiently answered all my questions, and has truly exceptional bedside manner. I did my cataract surgery on April 30th 2026. The overall experience with the doctor and staff was awesome. The process was smooth, and I would recommend medeye associates and doctor segal , also grisel assisted me well during my recovery.
