This appointment has been ongoing from the very start of July 2026 from the location closest to me in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (I get to a few days before my appointment and they recognized that I was just coming in for for glaucoma pressure check instead of glaucoma surgery. If I could put a negative zero I would. The doctor messed up my mom’s during surgery and the cornea fell so she needed a second surgery from retina specialist, my paid extra to not feel any pain but she felt like her eye was being ripped out during surgery and they told her to shut up. He failed to tell the retina specialist that he did not put the lens back in. So now it’s been about 3 months since my mom has been able to see and she now needs a 3rd surgery. Totally unresponsive to my multiple attempts to contact a human at the office to get a preauthorization for eye drops. No one has responded to my many email requests either. What good is any doctor’s office that won’t respond to you?
