Everyone took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. From the front desk staff, to the medical assistant, to the doctor himself, everyone was friendly, courteous, and truly cared about providing great service. I highly recommend Zarco Vision Center to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
We had a wonderful experience at the ophthalmology office with my daughter Emily De Armas, The staff was very kind, professional, and patient from the moment we arrived. Dr. Zarco took his time to explain me everything clearly and made Emily feel comfortable and cared for during her visit. We truly appreciated how organized and clean the office was, as well as how attentive everyone was throughout the appointment. Thank you for providing such compassionate and excellent care. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at Zarco Vision Center. I saw Dr Matias Soifer who is not only very professional but knowledgeable, courteous and has excellent bedside manners. Everyone I came in contact with at this place was nice: the girls at the front desk were pleasant, Diane the assistant was super nice and thorough. It is such a relief to have the health of my eyes in the hands of this wonderful team of professionals. Thank you!!
Wait time is very long due to multiple appointments during the same slot. Had to leave after waiting and didn’t get to see the doctor. Plan a good half day.
