Florida Eye Clinic of Altamonte Springs

I recently had eye surgery done at the center and I just want to give them a big shout out for the excellent care I received. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly and made feel completely at ease. The took the time to explain everything and the overall care was top-notch. The only note I'd add is that the location itself could use a bit of an upgrade to feel more modern and current. It's a minor detail but a little refresh would definitely match the high quality of their care. Overall I highly recommend if you need eye care.

I am very pleased with my annual visit to Florida Eye Clinic on July 10, 2026. Patricia and the Dr. were very thorough with my eye exam, I was very pleased. Grant guided with my selection my eyes hardware, he was awesome. Also my hats off with the service at the front desk. An overall great experience. Keep up the good work, see you next year.

I've been seeing Florida eye clinic for more than 15 years today was a follow-up check, they never disappoint you, thorough friendly and quick. The one to highlight 1 of their texts, Janine, beautiful young lady will help me get my medical records. Today, she took her time to ask and verify that I could receive them printed n facts to my doctor which was very helpful. I feel like she went above and beyond. Robin, who took my measurements, was an absolute joy! Just as I signed in, she was there! No waiting, which is the No. 1 reason I don't like going to dr. Offices. She also answered a lot of my questions - explaining costs and procedures - and calmed my anxiety of the unknown. She took me to Yessica to further explain things to me so i didn't need to make a separate appt. I still work, so fewer visits the better.

My experience was good. The workers were great and very nice and friendly and helpful by explaining the process They explained all the things that were going to happen during my surgery and prep for before and after surgery. Schedule medicine for pre and pro procedure. The doctor was very comfortable with explaining the process. I was very happy and content about my surgery.

The entire team at Florida Eye Clinic, Orlando were professional, efficient, and made great use of my time. I was in the clinic and out within an hour. Dr. David Letbetter, MD, is awesome. He was thorough with my eye exam. He diagnosed my issue and set a course of treatment. I was most grateful for his professionalism, his care and his attention to detail.
