Magruder Laser Vision

I had an extremely positive experience at Magruder Laser Vision. Everyone was very friendly and were very easy to work with. I had cataract removal surgery on both eyes at the same time and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Shumski was great. He even checked in by text message the night of my surgery to see how I was doing. That was a really nice touch and made me feel very well cared for by him and the entire staff. I highly recommend!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Dr Shumski has a.stellar reputation and after seeing his credentials I was completely at ease. The entire process was seamless. Every step of the journey was laid out and the staff checked in with me frequently during the month I was under their care. I had absolutely no side effects or complications. The surgery itself takes only about 10 minutes! I can’t even begin to describe how magnificent my vision is!!! I was needing -13 rx in glasses and now I see 20/20. I'm glad that I didn't put off addressing my cataracts and nearsightedness. I went here a week ago to have custom laser "best distance" cataract surgery performed by Dr. Shumski on both eyes. The world is certainly brighter than I thought it was before the surgery! It's exciting to have clear, sharp eyesight after close to seventy years of weak vision. Now I'll be able to see well when I swim at the gym or go to the beach, driving at night won't be a problem, and I won't have to fumble for my glasses first thing every morning. I couldn’t be happier with my recent multifocal refractive cataract surgery.
