What happens after you submit?

We verify that the practice exists, that it performs refractive surgery and that you work for it, using an email address at the practice's own domain. New records usually go live within five working days.

Does claiming change our rank?

No. The Index score is built from public data. Publishing your per-eye price and naming your surgeons on your own website does raise it, because transparency is what the score rewards.

What is a sponsored placement?

A sponsored placement shows your practice in a labelled slot above the ranked list on your city page. It never changes your score, your rank or the content of your record, and the number of slots per city is limited. Tick the box in the form and we will send details.
