The staff was very comforting from the moment I walked in the door through leaving. Every question was answered with confidence and sincerity and I even enjoyed the time and conversations. Oh, and going from a -6 to 20/20 vision in a couple of days is quite an amazing feeling. THIS is the kind of customer service you should receive! They are a class act, yall. This place is amazing!!! I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and had a pretty strong prescription. They were very thorough with their initial exam and explained everything in full detail, the good, the bad and the ugly, so that I could make the best decision. Even in the surgery room the surgeon explained everything he was doing, so there were no surprises, which helped ease my anxiety. Recovery was exactly as they explained. This was the best LASIK experience I thought I could ever have. The staff at LASIK Vision Institute made me feel so comfortable and explained every step so throughly. They are truly a top tier team. Dr. Carr was also very kind and helped create a calm experience during surgery. His knowledge and extensive practice of the procedure put me at ease. I am so glad I went to LASIK Vision Institute and I would recommend them for anyone looking to get LASIK.
Customer service was fantastic! Everyone that works here is amazing and so kind. Procedure goes by very quick! Would recommended to everyone wanting lasik!
I had a really great LASIK experience. The staff, nurses and doctors were extremely kind and soothed any nerves I had prior to my procedure. I don’t know if I’ll need to come back since my vision is now 20/20, but if I do, I’ll look forward to it!
