**We Love Dr. Ema! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** This was the first time my husband saw Dr. Ema at the Merrionette office, and it was for an unexpected post-surgical eye concern. They made room for him on the schedule and saw him promptly when we arrived. There were quite a few people in the waiting area when we got there, but the receptionist checked him in, and within minutes he was prescreened by the team, who gathered details about his concern and completed the necessary testing. These professionals were incredible! I came in on an emergency visit. I was losing my vision and I knew it. I was visibly upset and emotional. The office was jam packed with clients and my emergency visit made every other appointment late! The doctor and staff did not rush me. They were patient, kind, and understanding when giving me the news that I had glaucoma and that I had lost significant eyesight. I was shaken and upset but they didnt rush me! A very pleasant professional staff at Arbor made my annual eye exam a pleasant experience . I felt comfortable and well informed of the procedure and follow up findings. I also experienced minimal anxiety. Overall it was a good necessary experience with good results. The best part was the service was prompt and courteous.

This was my first time here and everyone one from check in to check out were amazing. Friendly staff and I was out in under an hour. Dr. Gottlieb was so sweet and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this office.

My visit on April 27, 2026 (morning) left a poor impression. The receptionist was noticeably cold and uncaring, which made the check‑in process uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and kindness. I’m sharing this so the office can improve how people are welcomed.

I like the rapport of the workers there! Total teamwork! And the doctor that I had was excellent she said me straight she said she's the expert when I told her that the other doctor said my eyes needed to have the procedure done for cataracts and I believe this doctor and nobody else! But everybody was just fantastic Even my sister said she like it there I think she's thinking about seeing if it covered under her health plan !!!
