Cassandra Tanya and Dr Maria Rosselson were very efficient & friendly. State of the art technology is beyond my comprehension! Thank you CCC clinic for your great eyecare to me as a senior citizen. I forgot to mention Ivan! He assisted Dr. Rosselson with part of my exam that didn't compute properly the first time, so needed to get that left eye redone. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the way my situation was handled when attempting to schedule an appointment with your office. I called to make an appointment and was unexpectedly told that I have an outstanding balance from last year. What is frustrating is that I already paid my deductible last year, and during my appointment in last year, nobody mentioned that there was any remaining balance due. At no point did your office notify me afterward about any unpaid amount, send me a statement, or make any effort to communicate this issue to me. Instead, ...

My mom went here for her one-year post-op appointment after her cataract surgery and also wanted to have an eye exam. During the visit, she mentioned that she’s been seeing flickering lights in her eye and has been getting dizzy at times. Instead of listening to her concerns, the nurse became rude and defensive. My little sister was with my mom, and the doctor acted like they were blaming her personally. She kept saying, “That has nothing to do with our office,” instead of showing any concern or trying to help. My mom also talked about getting eye drops ...

LARGE well run office... clean facility, super friendly staff from front desk all the way thru to the Drs... thorough exam w Dr Neel Vaidya today for my dry eye eval - they listen and care! - I had excellent care here for Lasik surgery many years ago, and only due to distance & insurance changes I had changed to another Opthamologist closer to home... she retired end of last year... it was an easy decision to go back to the great team here once again... still top notch service!

This place like to jam in more patients than they can handle, and you end up waiting 1+ hours after checkin to see a tech or doctor. It's an EYE FACTORY, and the conveyor belt gets jammed up because they stuff too many patients well beyond capacity. On the flipside, they want you to pay up immediately.

I had a great experience at Chicago Cornea Consultants! Natalie, Celina, Stephanie and Desi were wonderful! My appointment was right on time and the doctors were great! Made my time there enjoyable. Would recommend to everyone! - - - - Anthony
