I had a great experience coming to this clinic my first time. I was checked in very quickly by Ari, and did not have to wait long to get seen by Dr. Garcia. I was even able to find a new pair of frames with the help of Cynthia. The staff is great so I am definitely recommending this location!

This is the 2nd time at this location. New development besides cataracts was discussed. All should be covered under insurance based on coding. No explanation given about what steps was being taken at the various stations with the young man taking me around. He seemed nervous & his colleague came over to help him which was nice. Dr. Muhammad was very thorough. He did explain what he saw. Ordered drops & ointment that I’ll use for 1 week. Next visit seems far away for a Dr. Chan. Was told to call back to see if any cancellations so I can get in earlier. ...

Cynthia was excellent. She helped me get the right frames that I was satisfied to make me look beautiful. She made the process so easy. I picked up my glasses and I am very pleased. Her spirit, knowledge, care and most of all her smile will make me refer my family and friends. Thank you Cynthia!

We had an amazing experience at this facility and the Schaumburg location. In a vision crisis they were able to get us in the same day and begin treatment the following day. The technician Jackie was absolutely amazing and made us feel important and well taken care of! We got to see her at both locations and she ensured we were comfortable and had whatever we needed. Dr. A was also awesome to work with and wanted to get us taken care of- he went out of his way as well to get all the treatment started immediately. 100% recommend this facility.

I've been attending this office for a few years now and it's always been pretty smooth! However, a phenomenal addition to their team is Louis! The front desk and eye exam went smoothly and were pretty fast, the most memorable part of the experience was all the helpful information given from Louis when choosing out my glasses. He took the time to explain to me what would go into my glasses and informed me about everything I needed to know!
