Im only writing this review because the office manager did not call me back after 2 messages and 4 calls . I recently visited Kovach Eye Institute because I had suddenly lost most of my vision in my left eye . I’m 61 and have had perfect vision until this happened . My first appointment I saw a doctor . Don’t know his name because he never introduced himself . He walked into my room, almost an hour late , and said two things to me before he left in less than 2 minutes. Staff was very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Dr. Saad Ahmed is of the perfect doctors I ever met in life. Professional, detail oriented and humble person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I wanted to share that my 6 month eye appointment showed a positive improvement in my pictures and vision and other improvement from my previous appointment in November. My doctor was very impressed and excited with the improvement resulting from Valeda light treatment. I was advised to continue doing what I’m doing with the Valeda light therapy and that I would not need shots since they are not necessary. Be prepared to spend most of your day. Three separate times I have spent at least three hours there, sitting and waiting, during an appointment that should have been no more than an hour at most. Ten minutes for the first eye test, ten minutes for the second one, 10-15 minutes for dilation, 5-10 minutes for the actual doctor visit. Obvious scheduling and overbooking issues. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience warrants one. In my 47 years, I have never encountered a medical practice this disorganized and unresponsive. The office openly states that patients should expect up to a two-hour wait past their appointment time, which unfortunately aligns with reality, ultimately spending less than a minute with the actual doctor. I have been going to see Dr. G since fall of last year for my cornea disease. I just had my second eye procedure done while having the most amazing results from the first procedure on my left eye. He knows what he’s doing. He is easy to talk to, and the man and all of his staff work a very, very, very, very hard. Each time I’ve gone into any other offices all I have seen is all of their dedicated staff working there behind off to take care of everyone that comes to the door and to give them all the same care across the board.
