This review is only concerning about the customer service I've just called (oct 30th at 4.45pm). The guy who answered my call was so unfriendly and bad mannered. He was like "but where you want your surgery is 77 miles away from you" and me ehmm, it's where I want to have it. They didn't let me chose the place and they give me a price for the one they said ($5000, but with the "discount" from my insurance would be 3200). Dealt with the rudest lady on the phone. I got an email from this company that I have never dealt with that said my appointment was canceled. I never set an appointment or was ever a patient. I was concerned that my identity was being used by someone else. All to get told it was just an error and got hung up on. If you hate your life that much that you have to be rude to people for no reason then go do something else to do with your life! If people are wanting to go there for their needs don't expect decent customer service!
I live in Phoenix, AZ and found this company through my insurance. They saved me about $600 more than the regular discount. I never heard of them until my insurance told me to call, I guess they work with certain insurance companies and work out a pre-negotiated price. They set me up with Nationwide vision centers and I could not be happier. I was looking for a lasik provider in WA and called the 800 number. The customer service representative sounded unfriendly and unhappy. It was very apparent that she was going to be reluctant to be helpful. I asked how I can find a provider in the area. She proceeded to ask me for my personal information and insisted that she could not give me information until I provided her with my DOB, address, etc for 'medical' purposes. I reached out to get some more information from QualSight because my employer was offering a discount. I scheduled a phone call twice with a representative and both times he never called. Not even worth the discount, I will be going elsewhere and not wasting my time.
