Amazing experience for my Lasik procedure. My husband got his done a couple of years ago at Vision One as well and he encouraged me to get one. From the receptionist Lydia who was very nice on the phone when I scheduled my consultation and she also scheduled my surgery and follow-ups. The office is very organized and the entire process was seamless and efficient. Dr. Brand did my consult and he knew exactly what he was doing. He has a nice demeanor too. Very recommendable! My husband did his lasik surgery 3 years ago! And I did mine yesterday! Fast, efficient and so worth it! Im 20/20 now and barely discomfort, everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr Brandt is amazing and so is the staff in the lasik surgery! Love Dr Burger’s jokes too! Amazing service!
Overall, I had a great experience and am healing very well from my recent LASIK surgery. While the procedure was naturally nerve-wracking and the wait time beforehand was longer than I would have preferred, the surgery itself was completed smoothly in just 10 minutes. The entire team was fantastic. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and deeply caring, and the doctors were kind and supportive, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend!
I am so happy with my LASIK results from Vision One! From the first consultation to the procedure, the staff was amazing and made sure I had all the information I needed. Everything turned out exactly as they described. At my post-op, the doctor told me I’m good for another 150,000 miles! Haha, loved it! I couldn't be happier.
They were very patient and worked with me after expressing concerns prior to the surgery. The process in itself was quick. The after appt did not take long. They made sure to explain the importance of the drops. They also make sure to work with your schedule for follow up appts.
I highly recommend Vision One and Dr. Brand & Co. I had Lasik performed in late December 2019 and I haven't looked back since! Everything from the initial consultation to the actual surgery to the follow-up visits have been nothing short of smooth, efficient, re-assuring, and exceptional!
