I had an exceptional experience at the Eye Surgeons of Indiana at the Lafayette, Indiana location. The preliminary visit was thorough. Dr. Carr was kind and took his time explaining what would be done. I truly trust him. The day of surgery and then all my follow up appointments made me feel comfortable and taken care of by highly skilled staff.

Excellent experience at Eye Surgeons of Indiana. I came in for a LASIK eligibility exam and left with a clear understanding of my options. Dr. Melissa Melott explained everything in detail and answered every question and genuinely focused on what was right for me rather than on booking a surgery . As I was not the right fit for surgery and there was no pressure whatsoever - just honest, patient-first guidance. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a straightforward, no-pressure consultation.

I was so scared to have this surgery but after having both cataracts removed a day apart, id recommended this place to everyone. Very explanatory, very fast and all super nice. They welcomed me and made sure my anxiety was gone. A great experience for the 1st time ever having a surgery at 57. I recommend Dr Hopen 💯 %.

I was and have been so impressed! Dr. Carr was excellent in his explanations & options, even more so with the surgery. The support staff were courteous & caring. At my most recent follow up, I was perfect @ 20/20, and only missing a tricky B instead of an E @ 20/15. So thankful for your expertise!!

I had the absolute best experience! I had so many questions and the receptionist was able to answer almost all of them! I was seen initially on Monday and was able to have surgery on Friday. I recently got the all clear and see 20/20! It has made my life so much easier and I have been recommending all of my friends interested in LASIK to this office. It’s about an hour drive from me and I would do it all over. Grateful for this experience!

This has to be the most efficient medical practice with the best doctors I’ve been involved with. Everything from setting appointments, surgery and aftercare was quick, efficient and on time. Every single employee and doctor was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. Hopen did my cataract and glaucoma surgeries.
