I went in for a consultation for Lasik and received surprising information about myself through thorough testing by their wonderful support staff. Dr. Patel cares about finding the right fit and puts the extra effort into doing so. She is knowledgeable and I feel confident in her decisions when it comes to my Lasik journey. I'm glad I came here and I will definitely come here for anything Ophthalmologist related.

Dr Patel is pleasant yet strong. She is dedicated to caring for her patients eyes, and expects her patients to follow her directions for their eye care. She is VERY through with new patients, utilizing a number of cutting edge machines/equipment to get full details on the eyes. If you're serious about your eye catest, you'll like her too.

Doctor Reena Patel is great and worth the wait! From checking in, testing on various machines, to seeing Doctor Patel, everything runs very smooth and efficient. Then Doctor Patel, who is professionally friendly, takes time with you to explain what's going on with your eyes and what are your best steps going forward. You definitely feel like you're getting the best care.

I actually left because, per usual, the clinic has inordinate delays. They call you at a time and they you wait and wait and wait for ever. I don't understand as to why, with all the AI and business processing tools available now, the clinic can't plan better to show respect for the patient's time. Dr. Patel uses technology that I’ve not experienced with other ophthalmologists. It’s very thorough and valuable. She also is very concerned about the expense of prescriptions and gives information about pharmacies that might be less costly.
