I came in for an evaluation for eye surgery. Dr. Smith was great. In addition to his medical expertise, he also had a true understanding for what I was experiencing, and how eye surgery would affect my quality of life. He took the time to carefully and completely answer all my questions and address all of my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all amazing, too. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. I never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole experience was easy and seamless.
I would like to say that we had a wonderful experience. Deejay was very helpful with the financial information and very informative she not only helped me with the billing aspects, but also with arranging the surgery dates. Can't thank her and Dr. Smith enough. Along with the gentleman who did all the tests he was very friendly and walked me through the whole process. Had cataract surgery here. GREAT place. Dr P was amazing. All questions answered. Easy in and out. There was a bit of a wait in the waiting room on the evaluation day, but not bad and they were very nice about it. The staff keeps you informed every step of the way, even as to how much you will owe for each surgery. I was pretty freaked out surgery day, but they were amazing, and I went home a happy camper. Dr. P is the BEST, and I would recommend him over and over!!!!
My LASIK consult at Commonwealth Eye Surgery with Dr. Patel exceeded my expectations! Every person with whom I interacted was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. All parts of the consult and treatment were explained well and they addressed all my concerns. Dr. Patel made me feel at ease about treatment and explained treatment in a way that made me really trust her. My husband had back to back cataract surgeries and this place was awesome! Not only were they so nice but they were so helpful with payments too. I had applied for the Alphaeon credit card to pay for the surgeries and at time of first surgery did not have any information from alphaeon. Crystal on 3rd floor was amazing and called Jay from billing to sit with me and figure the payment out . My only downside with the surgeries was Alphaeon. They do not reply to you via email only regular mail. So if you use Alphaeon be prepared for wait. Other wise love ...
