Doctor Finch and the staff were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything that was going on, which included my options for future procedures. The staff had shown that they legitimately care about their patients and are not just simply trying to rush you through. I highly recommend this doctor's office!!!
The support staff were awesome and explained everything they were doing. That is so important to a patient to understand what is happening to their individual circumstances as we are all different. However when a diagnosis is relayed to a person who is writing a report, it would be helpful if the time was taken to explain to the patient who it was concerning by the Dr who was giving the diagnosis, and in language the patient would understand. We as patients rely on the Dr's to help us to understand what is happening with us as individuals. Not spend 5 ...

I was warned before engaging that the "office was going through a transition." I only hope the doctors who perform the procedure are better than the office staff. Be sure to tell them EVERYTHING about how you wear your contacts, because they do not ask. I only found out by accident that contacts, in their opinion, should be out for TWO weeks, not one, before the measuring. If I had not discovered this, the whole procedure may have been off. My spouse had excellent care and a 5 star experience at John Kenyon Eye Center. He had cataract surgery. EVERYONE we came in contact with was polite, professional and demonstrated utmost skill at thier position. Dr Brockman is highly recommended, and we will back in 2 weeks for the other eye!
