The staff are efficient and pleasent. The decor has been updated and is comfortable. Dr. Aggarwal, though extremely busy, is and has been very thorough, easy to talk to, always demonstrates a sincere interest in the patient and has ushered us through several major vision challenges. My wife and are happy to have her and her practice as our eye doctor.

The physicians and staff are great. Time management for patients, not so much. Eye exams last on average 2 hours since your stuck in an assembly line set up. If you need a cataract surgery consult be prepared your doing it all over again because that doctor needs the same information but updated if its been more then a month. Even if the staff don't know when you were last seen. Also, that part about redoing all your testing is not shared when setting up your surgery consult. I had Lazer Cataract surgery, astigmatism removal and got Toric lenses. Very happy with the results after 1 week out from 2nd eye. Dr Shruti Aggarwal was very informative and kind through the whole process. The whole staff from 1st contact Amber to the nurse who rolls you out the door, everyone was very kind and supportive.

Received excellent care from Dr. Aggarwal at BW Eye Center. She spends time to answer my questions and presents all the options before treatment. Her staff (especially Amber) are wonderful to deal with. With the choice of Fulton and Glen Burnie office locations it is very convenient and flexible for appointments. Overall a highly satisfying experience and would recommend Dr. Aggarwal and BW Eye Center for all your eye care needs.

Only having vision in one eye i was a little leery of getting cataract surgery. Possibilities of something going wrong were minimal, My neuro Ophthalmologist suggested Dr. Aggarwal. I’m so glad I took the chance! after a month, I already have 20-20 vision. Staff was very friendly, organized, and available when needed for any questions.
