I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent contact lens exams and the experience I had during my visit. Unfortunately, after two exams, I was still unable to receive a pair of contacts that I could see out of properly. From the beginning, I communicated that I could not see clearly with the initial trial lenses provided. Dr. Cohen has been great. I've been seeing her for a few years now. The staff is hit or miss sometimes. Not all, just some. My last appointment over 3 weeks ago I had to get new glasses. Usually it takes 2 weeks. I called a lil over the two week mark to check to see if they were ready. I was told they haven't come back yet and they would call me. Ok. No problem. I went to this place a year years back for an eye examine. Now, before I went, I called to make sure they took my insurance, which they said they did. So i scheduled an appointment and when the appointment time came, the doctor was great. Their frames were expensive so I decided I would just order them online. After I saw the doctor and he gave me my prescription, I asked him for my PD and he informed me that the lady by the glasses would give it to me. Once my husband accidentally got something in his eye, and we visited this office based on a recommendation. They did an excellent job - he was fine afterward. We also went back for a routine eye checkup, and it was a great experience. The staff took their time and conducted a thorough examination. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here, especially Dr. Cohen. I’m from Asheville, and a few weeks ago my family and I had to leave our house because of damage from Hurricane Helene.
