I have been coming to the Nelson Eye Center for 10+ yrs. I have Trifocal implants and have been free of glasses fr th 1st time since I was age 3. I am also treated for glaucoma and dry eyes. I have always received outstanding care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, kind and answer all questions during from the time you check in to the time you leave. They are great communicators thru texts and efficient in getting reports to my PCP. Their exams are comprehensive, including all necessary diagnostic testing at their Center. I highly recommend them.
Dr.Ng and the team at Neilson Eye are fantastic. My family and I have been going for years for routine eye care and I highly recommend them. I had lasix years ago and it was the best decision I made for my vision. I would have done it sooner if I knew how easy and beneficial it was!
I deeply appreciate the attention. I have received at Nielsen Eye Center from Dr. Kahanna. She has truly helped me with my extreme Dry eye, problem by continually contacting with the Help of her staff, the MIEBO and CVS organizations Concerning my insurance and need for the medication. This has taken a lot of patience and Persistent contact over a year and a half! I also truly appreciate the listening , Patience and charm of the nurse capital VASANTH. He truly has a gift of listening thank you so much for your service Lynette Gagnon.
Everyone was friendly and caring. The nicest appointment place to go to! They explain everything to you as each test is completed. Can’t think of anything negative! Great experience every time I to! 😊❤️
Dr. Lopez was great! I have been a patient there over twenty years. However, it is getting harder and harder to book an appointment even I do not care who will be my eye doctor. I started to ask myself if I need to switch to a different eye center.
