Best ever place. Dr. Klingeman is very versed in thyroid eye disease. Been with her for 20+years. She does a fantastic job and always has.

These folks at Walker are top notch. They are very busy because they are that good. They keep the place moving quite well and waiting is not bad. I've gone to These folks for several years and rely on them. I'm legally blind but with their care is quite doable. They are a big part of why I still can see to drive my wheelchair.

This is the second time trying to get itemized statements from these people was just a headache. I needed receipts for my benefits and trying to get them is a bunch of red tape. They gave me a partial refund for a copay when all I asked for was a receipt with my name on it. Had I not needed a receipt and asked for one I would have not gotten a refund because they would have not found that insurance didn't charge for the copay. It is a run around not worth doing.

Nursing staff was good - was not thrilled with optometrist. You could tell that Emily T. was clearly over booked and did not have the time to see me when I was scheduled. I believe this is what led to my “let’s treat the symptoms rather than solve the cause” treatment came from. I was hoping to leave with a feeling of ease, knowing I had figured out or at least began figuring out the issue with my eye. I instead left more frustrated than when I came in. I suppose I will call back in a week or so when my symptoms persist and schedule again. More money ...

Paid for the 2-year “free replacement” warranty and it’s all a giant scam. My wife’s glasses were broken and they said that since we’ve “entered the second year” of the warranty, we now have to pay half the retail cost for replacements. NONE of this was explained when we paid for the warranty. Also, their employee, David is passive-aggressive and completely unhelpful.

The doctors at this location are fantastic But the lady who gives the contacts out here Might be one of the rudest and unhelpful stone cold people I’ve ever met in my life. She told me that I needed to wait seven days to get my contacts. I went over to the Granville location and I’ll have them in three days so not only does she like to tell White lies.
