From the moment I entered the Chesterfiled center to the time I left, every staff member I encountered was courteous, warm, and cheerful. Even those who were simply passing by made sure to check on me and ensure my needs were taken care of, regardless of whether I was assigned to them. Jessie spent quality time understanding my concerns and patiently addressed every question I had. Super friendly and patient oriented staff. Very clean and welcoming office. Dr. Edmiston took the time to really be accurate and precise with my needed contact lens script. Not rushed, and no one tried to hard sell me lens or glasses. Very pleasant (as much as it can be) eye exam visit
Absolutely do NOT recommend Pepose for Lasik. Dr. Repose (a supposedly expert) RUINED my husbands eyes and refused to fix or refund the $8000.00 spent on his eyes. Professional? Highly doubt it.
I was attending an eye doctor in St Peters for over 4 years, I ended up having to switch due to the doctor no longer accepting my insurance. During my first appointment with my new eye doctor, I discovered that I had a detached retina in both of my eyes that hadn’t been caught by my original eye doctor and had emergency surgery for something that should’ve been caught initially. Dr Amanda Edmiston is the sweetest woman who actually cared and is part of the reason I still have vision today! Thank you so much Doctor for making sure I got the help I needed.
Very satisfied with my visit with this office. The front desk staff was extremely personable and welcoming, the wait time was minimal, and all my concerns were addressed. The office was clean and very nice. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and very helpful in the issues I came in with.
The South County location is MISSING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT to get the same/necessary care as the Chesterfield office. Does not have the ability to do the puff test/eye picture etc. If it’s standard at the Chesterfield location, then it should be standard at all locations. I did not receive the same level of care because of this. Front desk staff and Eye doc were fantastic!
