This place need to be more transparent. Because I had appointment and the day I arrived they told me that the doctor doesn't take my insurance but clarksons eye do so I had to go to a different one. So people make sure the the doctor take your insurance. I had Metlife. And to I watch them turn a guy around because he was 15 min late when they could have accommodate. I was no one else in the office to be seen
I didn’t actually see anyone at this location but their staff was amazing! I was traveling and had an eye issue. I called the Chesterfield location to see if they could get me in. The receptionist said they didn’t have a doctor on staff Saturday but she would call a location 5 minutes from them. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with an appointment. She took all my information over the phone, ran my insurance, gave me the address and made sure all I was set. Great customer service!
I won't go back to this location. The staff was very unprofessional when I walked in. No one greeted me at the counter. I had to speak for them to stop with the conversation they were having, to be acknowledged. The conversation did not pertain to the job. When trying to check out, the lady behind the counter was very rude. I use HSA to pay for my copays, the card does not have a pin, and she was trying to force me to use another card, when the error was on her end. I do not recommend this location at all.
Absolutely disgusting business. First they lie to you and say your insurance covers everything, just to get you in the door. Once your there the have hidden costs they wanted to pay 2 exam fees just so I could then buy contacts from them. Horrible business. Beware
Be aware if you get your eyeglasses done from this store. They are not going to work with you smoothly to get your eyewear checked if they goof up! They not only smooth talked into having me buy two frames but once the glasses were ready and my eyes couldn't fit into them, they said they would charge me to get my eyes checked again! Once they discovered that my insurance will cover the examination, they gave me an appointment. But then when I went on a snowy day for that appointment, I was re-asked all those questions, they took more than half hour to ...
