We have tried to order scleral lenses from this office. We have worked w Dr Weis at her previous practice and had excellent care and service in getting my lenses within 2-3 week period. Dr Weis saw me on May 5, 2026. She did an exam and said she was going to order new lenses. They said it would probably be about 3 weeks. Time passed no calls no lenses so I called them. I just wanted to leave a review for Dr. Nancy Buchser and her staff at the Creve Coeur, Missouri location. Dr. Marlow is amazing! She explained the entire procedure to me and was very understanding about my apprehension in having cataract surgery. After I had a surgery done there, I had lots of problems. They told me I would probably have to get the new lens replaced eventually. 2 years out, i developed a cataract in the other eye and set up an appointment. They told me they couldn't see me that day until a hour after my appointment was scheduled and if I wanted them to look at the eye, they already did it was going to cost me 450.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes; one in December 2023, the other in January 2024. I NEVER received a bill through the mail, nor did I receive any texts or email communications. On May 12, 2026, I received a text saying that I owed $588.87. I immediately called and was told that I had been sent several reminders. After letting them know that I had NOT received those reminders, I hung up and promptly paid the bill (in full) through their online portal, thinking that was the end of it. Doctor Ganz did cataract surgery for my husband and me. All went well. We each were told we had 20/20 vision. Hooray. We were told we could purchase our glasses prescriptions if we decided we didn't want to just use "cheaters." I tried to get the prescription now for several days and have been told they have NO prescriptions of us. We will need to see an optometrist..I'M NOT PLEASED and am very disappointed in the follow up care.
