Highly recommend. They spend time listening to you and explain what each test does. The actual Drs are wonderful. Also the people who help you pick out ur frames are very helpful. They’re not just selling a price tag, they genuinely want to help you find a style that looks good on your face.
Dr. Joe and his amazing staff are by far the best optical team I have visited in my 30+ years of needing corrective lenses. From the initial confirmation, to arriving and getting in on time, to the "dark room" eye tests, to private consultation room to seeing Dr. Joe - they were great! The time everyone takes to help you along the way is customer service at its best. I have found the best kept secret in St. Louis, and I'm ready to share it. Thank you so much Koetting Eye Center!
Three members of our family see Dr. Nick Castellano at Koetting. We are entirely loyal to him and the office. He recognized a condition that nobody knows about (except for a neurologist) based on symptoms that he saw. He caught cataracts early for me and I was able to have them addressed before a move. Excellent, intelligent care - completely recommend.
Comprehensive eye exam by knowledgeable providers. They usually have optometry students, which I have really enjoyed. Higher price point on frames/lenses with somewhat limited frame selection, but have been super accommodating when I've brought in my own frames. Turn around time for new glasses is usually pretty quick.
I have been a client for decades. Thr staff are pleasant and respectful, time is managed extremely well, and the doctors are always thorough and patient. Of course looking for glasses is a highlight, and the professionals for that are easy to work with as well. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing, and very professional.
