I had a terrible experience at this office. First, they appeared to be extremely overbooked, which made the entire visit feel rushed and disorganized. I was also very uncomfortable with the cleanliness and hygiene practices I witnessed. I had a doctor come into my room and begin examining me without washing their hands. At one point, the doctor pulled a tool from a random drawer and attempted to use it on my eye. When I stopped him because I was uncomfortable with the way the instrument was being handled, he became visibly irritated and had an attitude ...
All office personnel were very professional. The workers checked my eyes test one after the other. I then saw the Ophthalmologist , and checked my eyes and was very professional. Was told my visions were great . No glasses needed. Thanks all employees.
Love the staff, Keith greets you gently and comfortably. Dr Royer and his typing girl very cool!!! All the testers are always friendly. trust them with my eyes!!
I was referred to this office from my eye doctor . I contacted them on April 7th about an appt . Their first available appt was May 19th at 8:45.As of 10:55, I have not been seen by the doctor . I left because who has two hours and counting to be seen . If they were short staffed , I would have appreciated a call with an offer to reschedule or notice that my appt would be delayed .
Horrible place. The doctor did not perform the eye exam one of his girls did. He signed the prescription but never tested my eyes himself.
