The staff is very friendly and helpful. No long waits to see the Dr. Doctors explain what you needs to make your vision better. They are very good and let you know you matter to them. I've had my cataracts removed and it was an Amazing experience! The nurses are exceptional! I'm so happy I'm going there! It's a great place to have eye care. I highly recommend them!
This place is shit. The wait you have wait to even be seen is ridiculous. Literally double booking apts for an extra bill. Let’s not forget about the ignorant nurses that ignore the patients when the patients are asking about the wait
I came here (the Swansea location) because I needed to see someone sooner than my usual office (Not Quantum) could get me in. It was useful for that purpose only, and I would not go back. If you come here expect to wait. The wait in the first(!) waiting room is long. Then you wait in a dim office for a nurse or assistant. The wait is long. After being seen there, you are moved to another waiting room you can’t see from outside with a narrow single entrance. The wait is long. In my case, I waited for a nurse/assistant to run a routine test. After that ...
The staff is great!! The Drs are great! But making an appointment at 8:15 and waiting over an hour for a less than 5 minute visit is absurd!! You book appointments 5 minutes apart but the steps until you actually see the Dr takes 20-40 minutes WHY??? You think our time is less valuable than yours???? Better rethink that policy as your customers pile up in the waiting room, each wondering what is taking so long?? Treat each of us the respect you expect us to give your staff!!
If you enjoy waiting for long periods of time, well past your appointment, then this is the office for you. An appointment that should perhaps take around an hour to an hour and a half will most likely take you at least four hours. The waiting area will be completely overcrowded and noisy. Scheduling is usually a bit of a nightmare.
