I feel like the nurse was very attentive and she did a very good job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable as well as calming my anxiety. The doctor however was in and out so quick it felt like she was to busy to see me. I would try and talk or ask questions and it was like she just dismissed me so fast.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Westafer for nearly 9 years. He and his staff are wonderful. Never have to wait more than a handful of minutes for my appointments. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, as well as some follow-up laser treatments and my vision is very, very good. I have a little glaucoma in both eyes, but thanks to his excellent overseeing, the condition has not worsened since I've been under his care. The staff is great too.

So far so good! Getting ready for cataract surgery. Exams and pre-op were great. Doctor and assistants have been very professional and knowledgeable. Never feel rushed and they are very patient with all my questions. I’m editing the review because I’ve had the surgery. All was as described by the staff. Surgery was about 14 minutes. Upon my arrival to the office I checked in on the kiosk and spoke briefly with the very nice receptionist. The office waiting room is super clean. I sat down and was quickly called back for my appointment. It is always nice when everything is on time. All of the rooms were very clean, just like the waiting room was. The young lady who is the medical assistant for Dr. McKnight was one of the sweetest young ladies that I have had the pleasure of meeting. My experience overall was mediocre but did have frustrating moments. I had been scheduled for a set day & time & last minute my appointment was moved to later in the day which I could not make. There was no heads up. I had to then cancel & reschedule. In order to reach an office you have to go through a call center which I, personally find annoying & when I did in get contact with a staff member they sounded annoyed. The doctor herself was nice along with some techs but there was no explanation of what each test was for. Overall I found the whole ...
