Recently saw Dr. Laftus at Eye Associates north. She was great. I felt she thoroughly checked what the problem was, and checked for other brewing issues in a logical order. I felt she was very competent and concerned for my well being. Also very knowledgeable and professional. Just the way you would hope a Doctor would be which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend.
Dr Ballew was thorough and educational during my visit. She gave me choices and explained the advantages & challenges of each option. She was receptive to a dialogue and summarized the previous visit’s topics. I was able to arrive at a decision and to schedule a consultation with a full understanding of my eye health needs.
I was having a problem with an eye that I was extremely concerned about. My do it couldn’t get me in for two weeks but recommended eye associates for a quick appointment. I was very grateful they got me in so quickly and in a Saturday morning. However the provider was obviously held to some time limit. She talked in medical terms, and in the midst of her examination and an assistant ran into the room typing quickly and abruptly IN THE MIDDLE IF THE EXAM. My appointment was with Dr. Syze But before that I needed to have labs done and they were very courteous I’m very thorough and I appreciate it then I went and seen the doctor. I have been a patient at Eye Associates for many years, and have always been pleased with my care there. This past week was the first time I’ve needed to request an “urgent” appointment. I was surprised that I was given an appointment early on Saturday morning. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. Dr Saiz was outstanding. He immediately addressed the problem, explained what it was, and then explained how to take care of it. He answered my questions in a straightforward manner. Thank you Dr Saiz and Eye Associates.
